Lisa Cini, IIDA, NCIDQ, WBE

Began her interior design and management career after graduating from The Art Institute of Dallas with a degree in Interior Design. Her professional experience includes: soul space, long term care design, large residential design, corporate design, children’s spaces, furniture design, retailing, institutional design, and healthcare design. Ms. Cini is NCIDQ Certified and was awarded a Certificate in Healthcare Design, which broadened her expertise in design solutions and leadership skills for her industry. Lisa’s management experience encompasses facilities planning, construction management and strategic planning and budgeting. She has created Architectural Standards Programs, Interior Design Standards Programs, and Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Standards Catalogs for various organizations. Among Lisa’s many talents, her creativity has captured many design awards spanning many industries.  Some of Lisa's key projects include the capital assessment of CNL Financial Group centers, design for numerous Triangle Properties, assessment of restaurants for BDI (Brio Bravo restaurant chains), as well as the interior design, space planning, procurement, equipment planning, budget development and capital assessment for Sunrise Assisted Living and Karrington Communities.  In addition, Ms. Cini is an avid speaker and has been published in numerous newspapers and magazines.  Lisa’s deep devotion to family, friends and business associates and her strong spiritual beliefs are the life-blood of Mosaic’s success. Her ability to gracefully balance the demands of every day business with being a wonderful wife and mother of two inspires those around her to be and do better.

 

Alicia Danforth

Alicia Danforth is the Senior Interior Designer and Purchasing Agent at Mosaic. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Michigan State University, specializing in commercial design. Ms. Danforth successfully project manages multi-million dollar projects spanning several years by overseeing and delegating multiple tasks among contractors, installers and interior design team members. Her experience in the field of interior design includes Hospitality, Commercial, Long Term Care, and Hospital design with necessary knowledge in meeting the needs of the client and those they serve providing appropriate finishes, furniture, and equipment which is necessary in creating holistic environments.

 

Katy Zibell

Katy Zibell is an Interior Designer with experience in hospitality, corporate, and healthcare design. Ms. Zibell is a qualified turn-key designer who has lead multi-million dollar projects through space planning and specification to project management and installation.  A graduate of James Madison University with training in interior and architectural design, Katy is effective at overseeing and delegating multiple tasks among contractors and installers.

 

Marta Ralston

Marta Ralston is an Interior Designer skilled in the development of conceptual design and design solutions.  Marta's thorough visual and verbal presentation skills coupled with her strong commitment to client satisfaction makes her a valuable connection among clients, contractors, and Mosaic team members.   Ms. Ralston adept in the creative aspects of interior design as well as the processes including capital assessments, equipment inventory, project management, FF&E selections, and installation management.

 

Greg Cini

Greg Cini served in the Air Force as a Defense Analyst and supported Desert Storm/Desert Shield in the intelligence wing for a four year term. Cini began his Marketing and Management career after graduating from Franklin University with a degree in Business Administration. His professional experience includes eight years of corporate marketing and direct sales in a variety of industries on a national level. Greg joined forces with Mosaic in January of 2001 as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Mr. Cini's marketing talent and his strong ability to develop deep trusting relationships at all levels within an organization is what has enabled him to quickly impact the growth of Mosaic. His dedication to serve, industry knowledge and an innate ability to understand other people's perspective is the foundation of his marketing and sales approach.

 

Penny Benedetto

Penny Benedetto is a creative facilitator who provides varied support to the president and Mosaic staff.  Ms. Benedetto is responsible for the writing and delivering of all meeting minutes, creating and manipulating spreadsheets and data sets, and conducting correspondence between the city, architectural firm and Mosaic. Her goal as a Mosaic team member is to assist in all areas of scheduling, board activities, publications, standards and systems so Mosaic can better serve our clients.

 

Patricia Holt

Patricia Holt is the Financial Manager and Procurement Specialist with Mosaic.  Patricia's area of expertise is in project cost analysis and reporting, project related procurement and purchasing, as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ms. Holt has knowledge in computer programming including Microsoft Excel and Word, Quick Books, and other various accounting software.  She is involved in all projects dealing with orders, billing and financial issues.
